Default idleing problems after JRSC install please read!!

Finished JRSC install on my d-series. everything seems to run fine however i get wierd idleing. On a cold start it will rev to about 1200 then after a few it will even out to around 700 but then after runnig it will flirt with the 100 range up down updown. then if i drive and put the car in nuetral as i roll to a stop the car will drop idle and die.
Facts: after install i havent checked nor adjusted timing. Boost gauge shows vacum at 20 at idle is that normal????
