Default what's best for my B16A2

Wasup peeps,

i'm bussy with tuning my B16A2, this is my setup so far:

-AEM V2 CIA
-Invidia CBS with test pipe
-hondata intake heat gasket
-denso iridium spark plugs

HP: 174 .TORQUE: 188 (MAX)

Now i wanna pump up my power at low RPM! but i wouldn't mind more power at high RPM!
i still need a good header so i was busy looking for one.
Now my question is: what is a better set up?

A. 4-2-1 header (in combi. with a lightweight flywheel and performance clutch)
B. 4-1 header (in combi. with a lightweight flywheel and performance clutch)

4-1 header will give you a little more power than a 4-2-1 header
if u plan on lowering the car u will have to b careful with a 4-1 header though(think speed bumps)

i wish my car had 188fl-lbs of torque and 174 hp. maybe i should try ur setup. LOL

Guys,

im sorry if y'all didn't know, but im from holland. im checking out how you guys do it here in the states, because the honda scene in holland is not as big as here! and the amount parts we can get are alot less then what you have!

"SOHCNOTEC" is right!!! my measurements are metric!

We describe Horsepower in HP (kW) and our torque in nM
i don't know how to calculate "nm" to "flbs"

because i order my parts from outta the u.s.a i just wanted to ask what the best setup is?! y'all know better than us here! that's for shure!!!

my racing clutch and lighter flywheel are on there way i just wanna know if i need a 4-2-1 header or a 4-1 header and some names would be helpfull to
i gotta a $600 budget

sorry if my english is sucks!
