Default 88 hf to 89 si

ok i have had a 89 crx si shell for a while. i bought a 88 hf the other day. well i get it home and it has been wrecked in the rear . but it has full race traction bars and some other goodies . the damage isnt really bad but the bumper and tail lights dont lineup perfectly . my 89 si doesnt have a front end on it. can i swap the front end off of the 88 hf onto the 89 si? without modification? and are the tail lights the same? thanks for any help.

88-89 are praticaly the same man the doors on the HF might be slightly lighter but im not sure, and full-race only makes one traction bar for the EF chassis

The 88 HF doors are light and I think they dont have the seat belt on the door and the 89s do, I cant remember. Also I believe its the 88 HF that dont have the side impact beam.

I would use the 88.

but the 88 is wrecked in the back. and the 88 hf doesnt have the belts in the door. they are both perfect shells. but the 88 hf has been wrecked. it isnt bad but im picky the bumper and lights dont line up perfectly. and the 89 si's pass. motor mount has been cut off for a k20 swap. so im gonna swap everything from the 88hf to the 89 si. and then get my ls swap. damn this sucks it is gonna be a few months before i can afford a swap now. thanks ppl
