Try a claybar...they were originally designed to help remove paint overspray in auto body shops. Obviously they have gained a much larger audience now.

You can get the Clay Magic bar with a small bottle of lube/QD for $9.99 at Autozone. You can spend $20 and get the Mother's kit, which includes the QD and a small bottle of cleaner wax (a waste IMO). Just avoid the Meguiar's bar..it leaves too much clay residue all over the paint, regardless of how much lube you use.

Simple,

WALMART - Oops! Tiny little can, will not take off clear coat or your paint, but a little nicer than bug and tar remover. Take it off, wax and buff.

$3 bux or so.
