ok i picked up a 88 civic hatch and it's carberated i wanna do a simple fast DD i was thinkin about just getting a B20 with like a b16 tranny and callin it a day then later on do a GSR Vtec Swap wut i wanted to know is would i have to change the wiring harness being that the stock motor is Carberated and the 2.0 is Fuel injected and has anyone done this swap? wut ecu do u guys recomend i was thinkin chipped p28

going by what the owner told me i've only spoken to him over the phone havent seen the car yet

 

He probally just thinks its carb'd, the dpfi looks like a carb, but is really fuel injection

 

right thats was i was thinkin but wut do u guy think about the performance side of things i need opionions fast making the deal on tues.

 

quick and simple... ha ha.. maybe a mini me swap.. yano vtec head.. that would give you some go, for cheaper than a b series swap..
