Aftermarket nav system comparable to Honda's?
Pretty much any review I've ever read of the current navigation system in the new Civics and current Acuras says that it's basically the best one out there. Best interface, current data, etc.
Are there any aftermarket navigation head units that are as good? CD/DVD/stereo features are pretty much "good enough" no matter what, but not everybody's figured out the Nav side yet.

I figured that the factory one is Alpine, just like probably any other head unit Honda's had over the years.
I've heard elsewhere that the nav software is different from anything Alpine offers on their own, though; is that true?
