GSr Steering Rack in a 92 EG Coupe
Anyone know where or how I can get ideas on how to accomplish a GSr rack in a Eg Civic.? I have heard of this done before but what do I need to pull it off..no power steering on the Eg but the GSR is power, I do not want to retain power but i want the rack for the quicker ratio..?? Any ideas anyone...

Yep, I've tried this on my EG hatchback and I regret that I did it for personal reasons. Yes, you will have the luxury of turning the steering wheel less than you would with a civic rack, but the issue that bothered me was this. I wasn't able to do full blown left hand U-turns on a specific street I would always do them on, thanks to the Integra rack. Right hand full blown U-turns were no problem though.
So, if you're planning to go with the integra rack (all 94+ integra's have the same turning radius, yes, Type-R too), you'll need the rack & pinion and D bracket mount, and integra knuckle-bridge thingy (where the end of the rack's splines plug in). You'll have to slot the integra's D-bracket to it will fit on your civic's crossmember. It's a pretty str8 forward install, kinda of a bitch though pulling out the old rack if your motor is in your car too...
