Is the mini-me head swap the same for an 89 HF as it is for an Si? Is the HF block the same as the DX 1.5?

The HF D15 block does not have as many valve reliefs for a 16 valve head. So the rumor is that the pistons hit the valves when doing this swap.

I would actually like to verify this but dont have an extra d15 hf block around. I bet I could rig up something.
