Default New here, should I swap in B18A or B18B?

Hello all, I just got my first CRX, and man is it a loser. It's a 1989 CRX Si with a blown motor, smashed windshield, and fried wiring harness under the dash. Now after I pretty much gutted the interior, and pulled out the worthless motor, I'm trying to figure out what motor I want to swap in it. I am used to working on the B18A in my Integra, so I was considering going that route due to familiarity as well as having a lot of spare parts...But I was wondering what the difference would be to swapping the B18A or the B18B? I'm pretty sure I'll be going with a B18, but I just wasn't sure of what the main differences were between the two.

Also, I plan on using the Hasport mount kit and shift linkage, as well as some DA axles I've got lying around. Any other parts you guys would recommend I get? What about wiring for the swap? I did search, but I was still unsure, so I figured I'd just ask anyway. Any help would be appreciated, as I'd like the swap to go as smoothly as possible!
