That's a gymkhana, not an autocross.

If you know what you are doing, it is not much if any harder on the transmission. I can go from first to reverse like that fairly easily, without any difficulty or grinding.

The learning curve is definitely a bit steeper than autocross.

ummmmm......wow.....I've seen gymkhana videos before but never saw them have to go backwards. That is insane. There is no way in my life I could imagine pulling something like that off.
