Ok I have a 95 civic cx and I have dropped a gsr b18c1 motor in it... when I try to hit vtec it doesnt engage.. hooked up the solinoid to the battery and put under a load ie drove the car and the vtec hit where could my short be???

 

Any cel's? What year's the motor?

 

its a 95 gsr no cels....
