Default Fuel pressure GAUGE question

Okay here's my set up:
90 STD hatch
91 si L3 tranny
95 d16z6, new pm7 pistons, J's racing intake with k&n filter, DC sports ceramic coated 4-2-1 header, STOCK jectors and now B&M FPR modifier.

My comp ratio should be 12:1 so i'm runnin lean, I know that. My friend who did a similar setup but went 12.6:1 in his rex said to get an adjustable FPR so I did, but my 0-100 psi gauge stops moving at 31 psi. The needdle moves up and down when I adjust the FPR but once it gets to 31, it stops. This means I have a 0-30 gauge does it not? it says its 0-100. I wanna make sure that's it and its not anything else. Any help will be appreciated.

BTW does anyone know around how many psi It should be? My friend sold his rex not too long ago and has no idea.
Thanx!

at least 45psi closed throttle with that compression and no tuning. either your gauge or your regulator might be messed up. hard to say from here.

Installed B&M gauge and It worked better. However, I only got my pressure to 38. I have the stock STD fuel pump and I just remembered that EF pumps are smaller than EG/EK's. Exept for the EF si right?

I've been searching, I know I read it here somewhere. Does anyone know where to get the fuel pump info as far as the different psi or lph?

Not sure, I had one before and got rid of it. You probably should have gotten a Marshall liquid-filled FPR.
