Default d15b swap GONE wilD....!, what did i do wrong what am i missing?

it all started in a summer day i woke up and my 91 4 door ex had 220k miles all original parts well taken care of(( expletive THIS LEMME ME GET TO THE PROBLEM)) i went and got my self a d15b swap complete nothing missing then got me a jumper harnnes obd0-obd1 with a p28 ecu.. i pull my motor out..im ther for like 5 min looking at my d16 next to the d15.. expletive it im only gonna use the long block(head bottom block) i take apart my d16 and put all that stuff on my d15 (intake manifol, headers, and one or 2 plugs the d15 did not have) i plug all up on the d15 then i swap the motor.. it turns on but it sounds like **** its sooo bad i would trade the car for a dpfi...i get not check engine light at all..not even wen i turn the ignition on.its sounds like its missing a spark but all sparks are ther...for the dizzy i used the obd0 one..i made my own adapter plate.so it does turn on and the time can be moved too..ground i clean befor i screwd it in to the motor.....so anny help would be great...if any one would like to see pics lemme noe and all post them..
my check light dosent come on...my seat belt light dosent come on and my seat belt dosent move..back anf foward like it did b4....any one ps its a 91 civic sadan ex 1.6 mpfi

Maybe you should put all the D15 stuff on the motor like it was meant to have.

well i agree with tippyman. if you have the ecu and the jumper harness that's all you need. the ex is already mpfi and the only thing you need to change is the driver side motor mount. i had a 90 ex sedan but i love my 88 and have converted it to mpfi and obd1. if you need anymore help pm me or reply if you can't use pm

uhh did you say that you are used the OBD0 dist with the OBD1 conversion? if you did, you need to use the OBD1 dist that will fix your problem
