My wife and I are taking some time off from each other right now.Im left with a nice rent house that we rented 5 months ago.Its built up my credit so much that I dont want to let it go.So I need to finish out the lease and possibly sign another.

I can get pics later of the house but its a brick 3-2-2.Trees all in the front and back.Very shaded.Its got a 4 car driveway.

Im a car guy myself so gearheads are more than welcome.No theives or or (BAD) drugs allowed.

As far as price goes its somewhat in the air.Im not looking to make any profit off of this, just looking for someone to help and give someone a place to stay.

Could either be half the rent + half the elect. = 500 + elect. bill is usually around $300. so half of that

or we can just work something out.

I do have 2 boys that will come over every once in awhile.One is 10 yrs. old and the other is 2 1/2.
