Default Project Completion Pics - jdm moon-roof crx - sorry 56k

Still have a bit of work to do, got to get some plastic screws from honda so I can put the factory skirts back on, still gotta buff and wax the car and clean windows, put some of the interior back on and got some exterior stuff to go on. If you dont like it please dont bother flaming me because I am very happy with it, thanks.

The colour is a custom royal blue -

I brought all the paint, did the body work myself, my mate sprayed the primer, then I sanded it, and then he sprayed the paint - total cost $300US
We sprayed it in bits in his garage, and I sprayed the wing mirrors/spoiler/lips etc with a spray can - they look pro sprayed

I usually like the bronze rims, they look kinda toyish with your colour

Chance of painting them?

Either way Im jealous of the RHD

Looks cool, front end is my favorite part. The intercooler looks cool. Not a blue and gold fan unless it is on an STi though.

Congrats.

I'm looking at lowering my EF8 later on in the year, what suspension have you got in there? It's the exact ride height that I want.

Where are you in NZ?

The car looks hot Roi. The paint, the wheels, the intercooler. It all fits together very nicely. Congratulations on getting much closer to having your car completed! Must be the nicest CRX in town.

I do however have a set of black 15''s which I might put on one day to see what it looks like,

Royal blue with gold has been my favourite colour combo long before I ever seen a subaru, 5 years ago I said to myself and some mates - when I do up a car it will be royal blue with gold wheels

It is indeed, the only other crx's are 2 riced up ones and some stock ones

Hey their just ajustable platform springs, thats the best way to get the height you want but only problem is you have to get them certified but it didnt worry me because I had to get turbo certified anyway. I can lower them maybe anouther 1'' 1/2, but only problem then is that the bottom of the car is too low,

I am in Invercargill, where abouts are you?

not flaming or anything (your car looks good), but you need to adjust your drivers side door. looks to be a little off.

Loving the roof. Shame about the bumper.

And trust me on this. You want to put some sort of meshing in there to protect that IC.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments thus far!

Ive got my side skirts back on, gonna put some new honda front/rear mud flaps on, got a jdm d/s wing mirror cover to go on and d/s window monsoon, sprayed my honda hood emblem black and will put that back on after the car gets buffed, but as soon as Ive got it buffed, waxed, windows cleaned, few interior bits back in and clean, engine bay clean, clean tires, etc etc I will take some more pics, it will be at the same location but I will do it on a super sunny day ''that day it was overcast''.

Buff + wax + sun + mirror building = extreme shine!

When I can be bothered I am gonna spray that polished tip black, its a carbon look muffler and looks pretty cool.
