How to replace the light on your Gauges?
Hi guys
I have a 6th Gen Accord and the light on my temperature gauge does not switch on ( the rest are OK, ie speedometer, tachometer etc). I guess I need to replace the light bulb or whatever inside. Any idea?
Thanks.

Summary:
Remove the trim around the cluster.
Remove the cluster.
Replace bad bulb.
Put back cluster.
Put back trim.
Detailed:
Remove the 2 bolts from the top of the trim (in front of the cluster).
Put the steering wheel down all the way to make the next step easier.
Grab the trim at the bottom and pull until the 2 clips holding it in release (they are at the bottom of the trim piece).
Remove the 4 screws holding the cluster in (2 on top, 2 on bottom).
Pull out the top of the cluster (tilt it).
Disconnect the 3 plugs from the cluster.
Pull the cluster out completely.
Remove bad bulb (black round plastic holder; should be hard to miss) by turning counterclockwise.
Put good bulb in.
Screw the holder back in place.
Insert the bottom of the cluster into position.
Connect the 3 plugs.
Push the top into position.
Put in the 4 screws.
Replace the trim.
Put in the 2 screws for the trim.
Adjust steering wheel height to its previous position.
Notes:
If the trim piece was never removed, it will be a pain in the *** to get out. The clips are holding it in pretty tight.
After you replace the bulb and connect the wiring, turn on the lights to see if the bulb you just replaced works.
