TODA header kicks ass!
Yes it does. I couldn't believe it. Went to the dyno this weekend..
Here's my Integra's previous mods...
Topspeed ported head milled 12 thou(11:1)
01 ITR cams(+4 int +2 exh)
V-AFC, fuel press @ 44psi
DC JDM header, test pipe, RSR exhaust
Comptech Icebox
This setup gave me 181.5hp/135.6tq at the wheels.
The RSR exhaust was rubbing my rear swaybar, and it was annoying the hell out of me. So I installed the factory ITR catback, along with the Toda header.
Went back to the dyno, and spent an hour on there.
192.4hp/134.8tq at the wheels
Lost 2hp/2tq from 4500-6000.. but picked up about 12 from 7300rpm and on.
Car feels WAAAY faster now. Big

Stock exhaust.
It's so quiet.
Settings were +2 intake cam, -2.5 exhaust cam
VTEC @5200
V-AFC was fine. Didn't have to change anything. It's all at zero.
Fuel pressure at 38psi. A/F was 13.2-13.3:1 everywhere. Any richer it lost HP, any leaner, it lost HP.

Mike, I thought you were running a jun 2/itr combination for your cams. Throw that other exhaust or better yet why dont ya put a custom exhaust on your car, i'm sure you'll get another 6 hp. Real nice numbers, you must have a strong engine.
far from stock people, read the mans post and quit swinging from his nuts...must be a wednesday motor, built strong
The ported head and Toda header are the only real thing that separates me.
Take those two items away, and all I have modified on my car is a Icebox, fuel pressure regulator and V-AFC.
The motor is tight, and always has been. Doesn't lose barely 1/4 quart per 3000 miles. Compression test is 250, 250, 240, 240.

Figure with the results I got, add some Spec A's, exhaust and more fuel.. I'll probably be knocking on 200whp.

Question: Why are you using the V-AFC if nothing is changed?
Just because I didn't see any gains from it, doesn't mean I am gonna yank the AFC out and sell it.
I still use it to lower the VTEC to 5200 and lean out 5% on low throttle on the street.
