Remove Rear Drum?

Default Remove Rear Drum?

I am wondering how to remove the rear drum brake cover so i can inspect the rear brakes. I cant figure out how to get the cover off.

well i used to have a 95 nissan altima and to get the rotors off of the car(i had 4 wheel disc brakes) u used 2 bolts and turned them into the holes on the rotors and they would pop off, do i so the same on the rear brakes? i havnt worked with the rear drum brakes yet. i cant see in the helms how to take it off either

same thing. make sure your hand brake is not engaged when you are trying to do this. on some models, you may need to remove the big nut in the middle, but that is usually not the case in hondas.

do u knowwhat size metric bolt that i need to get for the drum brake to screw it in there to get it off?
on my altima it needed two 8x1.25 bolts. is it the same for a 1999 civic ex with abs also?
