Is it ok to use a 60mm tb with a 62mm opening IM?

I was just wondering if it was ok to use a bored out 60mm d16 TB with a skunk2 manifold that has a 62mm opening for my turbo d16z6 crx?

ISo long as they bolt up it'll work just fine. It won't be the smoothest possile transition, but you probably won't see a difference in power.

I figure it wouldn't be ideal; but it should make more power than the stock IM+TB combo, especially in the mid/upper range
