question about my 93 civic sedan
ok i just painted my sedan, 4 coats of paint, and 3 coats of clearcoat. Next I was planning to buff and wax the car, but few people told me that I should wetsand it first. Is that true or not? wouldnt it take away some clearcoat ? Thanx.

that's the whole point of wetsanding: to sand out some of the clear coat to get the imperfections out til it's to your liking...
you might wanna invest in some sort of painting book...
and i don't know if a painting place would wanna do the wetsanding for you - they probably wouldn't wanna be responsible if something happens later on to the paint (like bad primer job leading to chips etc.)
but it wouldn't hurt to ask around locally, you never know
