It should be about a 1" drop since my integra Eibachs ( on my civic ) are supposed to be a .5 drop for an ITR and a 1.5 drop for regular integras

Swapping shocks isn't necessary.

It is honnestly 1" or less. Nothing horribly noticeable. I'd snag up some aftermarket springs. The type-r springs aren't great:

is there a reason you want springs so bad why not go with coil overs... ground controles are not that bad i hear there get alot of rep on this site... but i would deffinitly get aftermarket shocks ive had cars with them and w/o them (i have kyb gr2's now) and its a difference of night and day

If you don't drag race or auto x professionally, all you need
is a good set of springs/shocks. I used to only go with coil-overs,
but I spent half the install time trying to get the ride height even on all sides.
After that, I'd never change the height anyway. With springs, you know the height
will always be even. Try tein springs with koni yellows. Don't forget the camber kit.

i just need to lower for street use only so i go cheap way spring replacement and to reduce my 3" wheel gap on 195/50/15. tein s lower 1.8 so does that mean my 3" gap will be reduce to 1.2" and after they setlle even more?

Yes, you're correct. It will be 1.2''. Then it will settle and probably drop it another .5''

I've seen a lot of sportline's up for sale. I think the reasoning for that is that for a lot of us daily drivers, the springs are too stiff and too low to take all that bouncing. Take that into consideration.

Neuspeed race springs and some good shocks...really good setup...without worrying about adjusting springs...i my self run the neuspeed bilstein full coilover setup and i love it...a little stiff and it drops more than what they say but its perfect look at my avatar.....
