Question about turbo a/r and trims being too mismatched

I tried searching on the topic and I couldn't really find any relative information so I figured I would make a topic.
I was looking at buying another turbo for my car to get it back on the road and I came across a 60-1 on ebay. It's the usual SSAC brand, but I'm not really worried about durability since I've had luck before and many friends have also.
The turbo is advertised as being a .60 trim compressor but the add says nothing about the exhaust. Turns out the exhaust a/r is 1.15 and I figured that was ridiculously mismatched/huge so I'm torn. What would be the ups and downs of a turbo like this on an SR20? (2.0 liter for those who don't know)
I just came from a ebay T70 and it was freakin big, and spool wasn't all that great but it got going in 3rd and 4th gear. Would I expect the same performance from the 60-1 with the different trims and a/r's or will it spool quicker?
