Blox A ob B cams? 10.6:1 JDM GSR
Need honest opinon already have done some reading and some searches. Alot more reads in regards to type B cams, and not much is being said about type As. Leaving me simply undecided, the cam I am looking for is to give me midrange rather then top end, and to be used daily between 3-7k rpm and occasion autox. I am not going to increase compression and don't want to really upgrade the valve train, unless its really going to be worth it. Type As shine for me because of valve train does not really need to be upgraded. But then is there a reason to even upgrade to As, over the CTR setup?
Current setup is:
JDM b18c (gsr) 10.6:1 c/r
Skunk2 Pro Intake Manifold (definite loss in power from this in the low to mid range)
CTR intake cam/stock GSR exhuast
Mugen 4-2-1 header (2 3/8")
stock JDM R exhaust w/2.5" cat and Spoon muffler
J's intake
ECU Tuned

u might want some buddy club cams since u autox, cuz i think they're more for endurance racing.. i think blox n skunk are more for drag racing... u also want to uprade valvetrain if u get bigger cams...
i would run Buddy Club Spec 3+ cams for some killer mid-range power and decent top end.
Blox Type-A cams are slightly more aggressive than ITR/CTR cams so you might not notice a huge improvement over your current setup.

Adrian, look into the BC spec 3+. I am looking for exactly what you want and i think i will get these eventually.
