Howdy guys,
I have 93' Si with a h23a1 and my A/C compressor is out. Don't want to waste money replacing it. So im deciding to just take out the Entire...A/C system. (weight reduction and some power gain) i figure.
Compressor, Lines, Condensor. The problem : the A/C belt is also runnning the Alternator.I want to cut the a/c belt but then the Alternator wouldn't get power.
What size belt Should I buy that will run from Crank to Alternator bypassing A/C compressor?
Thanks.

i got a string and used it to measure an approximate length from the alternator to the crank pulley. Then went to autozone and picked 3 belts that could work. Kept the one that fit right and returned the other two. On my h22, it was 37".
when i was at autozone here they had a belt on file for no ac in stock just tell em thats what you want. b/c the "s" in 92-93 had optional a/c i believe

THAT IS NOT THE BELT YOU WANT
the lenght and width of that belt are both wrong.....i'm pretty sure i posted this in one of the other threads
i'm pretty sure it was 37" like they said, and you also need to know the number of ribs across the old belt, or you could just bring it in and show them
