Wire vtec GSR in 93 civic hatch
I was looking at the guides and printed them out. It only shows that 2 wires need to added for vtec but on a different how-to, it says the gsr needs more wires because of secondary intake. On the engine harness i have 5 blank spots on my cabin harness plug and the Gsr has all of the plug spaces filled in. I have the repair manual so i really dont know why i just dont look myself. If anyone has done this before, do i need to just run the 2 wires or will i have to do the 5.

unless your car is an Si you'll need to run wiring for the VTEC solenoid(1 wire), Vtec Pressure switch (1 wire to ECU, 1 wire to any ground), Knock sensor (1 wire), IAB secondary (1 wire to ECU, 1 wire to switched 12v), if your car is an Si you will only need to run wires for knock and IAB

As in where are these wires/plugs in the Civic's engine harness? They're not, you need to add them. Put them into blank spots of one of the existing plugs, or wire them into a seperate plug and run that next to the stock plugs.
