I have a 94 Civic EX auto (D16Z6 block) and I've been having problems with it lately.

The car seems to stutter at the lower RPM's (idle-2000) and it's stalled a few times when the car stops (say, at a stop light or sign). Also, the car feels a lot less powerful than it used to. Also, electronics seem to stop or slow down for a few seconds while the car is driving (i've watched as the A/C fan just plain stopped while I had the engine running and the hood popped). Anybody have any suggestions?

If it helps, The spark plugs (and I believe the wires) were changed a few years back (three years or so). Also, I just changed the fuel filter last week and the car still seems to have problems.
