Quick omnipower suspension question.
omni coilover suspension installed on ek, can i adjust the lowar collar still on fronts and backs ? ? and how ? ? also the suspension came with 4 washers what were these meant for ? rear tie rods ? Thanks
To adjust simply:
- jack the car up
- of the three locking nuts break the lower most one loose with provided spanner
- spin the entire threaded shock body to adjust ride height
- tighten lock nut
- move on to next corner

K I got the fronts just the 14mm nut above the fork but for the rears i have to take the whole suspension out to adjust lowar collar.
I got another question. Is it best to have the lower collar at the lowest point and use the locking perches to adjust height up and down or have the spring sitting flush with upper mount and use lower collar to adjust height up and down? ? is there any performance losses? or chance of damaging strut ? i am really confused on this Thanks

No no no...
The double locking spring perch should be up as high as you get it to go without compressing the spring at all. They should just hold the spring in place when the car is off the ground (at full droop). If the spring perch is too high, it will squeez the spring & make it impossible to spin the threaded shock body without taking everything apart.
To adjust ride height, you simply break loose the lowest "single" locking nut & spin the shock body itself. You don't have to disconnect the shock from the LCA, or break loose the double-locking spring perches. As long as there is no pressure (or "preload") on the spring, the threaded shock body should easily spin in & out of the lower mount while it's connected to the LCA (rear) or damper fork(front)...

ah **** got another problem. After i adjust the shock body all the way in the lower collar how do i lower it from there ? ? i have the shock body as low as it will go and the car still sits fairly high. the rears are fine and have plenty of room to adjust but the front shock body wont go any lower. Help. . . Thanks

Sounds like you'll have to start losing shock travel to go any lower. If you can't shorted the shock body further, you'll have to adjust with the lower spring perch, and just accept the shortened shock travel and springs that aren't preloaded at full droop.
