Quick question:
Would the suspension (struts and springs) from a 93 sedan civic fit on a 96 civic hatch? is the suspension at all compatible?

Yes the will.

On the front top hat there are 4 little things that stop it from sliding into the whole, wack them off with a dermil or something, i just used vice grips, and fillied it down a bit.

On the rear the lower shock forks are a little to wide for the 96 lca, you can either use washers or bend the shock fork a little bit.

or replace the shock bushing with the right one.

Replace the EK rear lower shock bushing with an EG rear lower shock bushing.

Washers/spacers, would be a lot easier and work just as good.
