How about some seat covers? Or just buy used stock GS/GSR seats, they're leather, and it won't cost much more than reupholstering your interior, in fact, it might even be cheaper.
The seat covers can be bought and put on, you do not need to get whole new seats, but it may be cheaper. You will need a hogring plyer which will cost you ~$25USD. The seat covers may be a little expensive about $400 for the back rest part and another $400 for the bottom cover. so that's ~$800 for one seat, of course these are dealer prices so you may get it for cheaper from wholesale honda part suppliers.
