Default JDM ITR headlight cleaning

I've search and found no information about this issue. Don't know where to really post it here or the appearance/cosmetic form. With that being said, I am wondering how u guys cleaned the yellow buildup on the plastic lenses. I see threads that say to use Never Dull to wet sanding then buffing it out, but since the itr lenses are see through unlike the eg/ef/da headlights, will u be able to see the scratches after its all done. Also what is the best method of doing this process thanks.

with a buffer, you can take out all the scratchs. all you need a good compund and know wat you are doing is all it takes. i did this to mines to get rid of couple of deep sractchs

if they're really bad or you dont feel like buffing for hours, get some 2000 grit paper and wetsand with soapy water... then buff with a compound that takes out scratches 2000 grit or lower... then buff with a polishing compound, then move on to some sort of swirl-remover... PERFECT headlights!

if your not dealing with scratches then apply never dull and buff off with a microfiber cloth

it will shine and look new

it works for me

then no need for the paper... use a light-cutting rubbing compound, then polish, then swirl-remove...

I have the same problem. I just buff it out every once in awhile.
