4x114.3 conversion-front hub assembly

4x114.3 conversion-front hub assembly
I know the96 itr 4x114.3 rear trailing arms will bolt right up but will the front hubs drop into the 88 civic dx lower arm with no mods?
Also a dumb ? Where can I get my rotors refinished

I'm pretty sure the hubs will need to be machined down to fit the ef hubs/bearings (I'm doing this with ITR 5-lug right now and as I understand it the 4x114.3 stuff is the same)

I was noticing how the knuckles on the itr's looked big. I guess a machine shop would resurface my brake rotors too. I'm gonna grind it down with a grinder. And of course use plenty of caution
