I have searched but not many people have theses setup in a non-Type R integra,

I am currently running Tein RE's, Type R rear LCA, Type R 23mm rear sway with beaks kit, The tein re is a little stiff for my daily drive, so I am thinking of putting some OEM JDM ITR Shocks and Springs, with that be safe as in staying away from subframe being tear?

Also what spring rates are the JDM ITR, is there a different in springs rates in 98+ spec type r than 96 spec?

Also, if the JDM ITR shock and springs are too soft to prevent the subframe from tearing, what other coilovers do you guys recommand, However, I want full coilovers and streetable though

And atleast what Spring rates mininum in the rear for my 23mm sway?

well here is my setup. i have the 22mm rear sway bar on a 96 gsr and i have the beaks kit. i have stock lca and i hve tokiko illumina shocks with there spring replacement. the spring rate is pretty light probably very similar to that of the jdm itr and i have have no tear axay. i think the beaks kit can handle it even with a bone stock setup.

I also have a 22mm rear sway with Beaks kit, and OEM USDM Type R springs with Koni shocks on the rear of my car. No problems at all.

It'll be fine. I used the ITR suspension for over a year without problems.
