What spring rate in rear w/ ITR rear sway? subframe related
I have an EK with an ITR rear sway bar with Beaks kit. What stiffness do you guys recommend running in the rear spring wise? I know stiffer springs in the rear helps take some stress off the subframe and sway bar. I was thinking maybe 400F and 500R. Is 500 stiff enough in the rear to prevent any subframe accidents?

not sure if you have already read this but maybe this will help. Somewhere in this thread they discuss spring rates and the ITR sway bar.

I read through all 10 pages of that thread. The topic at hand is mentioned but not enough to fully satisfy my question. I only got one figure out of that thread and that was 550 rear rate with a 22mm bar. Anyone else have opinions on this?
Would running the front springs stiffer than the rear be more beneficial? Most aftermarket suspensions come with stiffer springs upfront for our hondas/acuras.

I ran 400F/500R with the 22mm and beaks kit. No issue on street or track.
Now I run the 23mm, beaks kit and 800R so doubt i'll have issues at all.

I'm pretty sure everyone will tell you 800 is too stiff for street. I don't really care about it, its kinda brutal... but i setup the car for track usage....so i deal with it.
I ran the 400/500 for just over a year. on a 92 VX hatch.
