Default fuel pressure regulator safe psi

what is a good/safe psi to keep a integra gsr running rich, but not too rich?

40psi?
38psi?

I think the stock psi is around 40 psi

I have skunk2 manifold, stage 1 cams, AEM CAI, Comptech headers, Random TEchnology Hi-Flow cat, and comptech exhaust. What should i set my fuel pressure to?
