steering wheel question
It would help if you actually mentioned what car you have, and what car the steering wheel is coming from . . .
'92-95 Civics can use steering wheels (both SRS and non-SRS) from the DC2/DB8 Integra Type-R.
'96-00 Civics can use steering wheels from the EK9 Civic Type-R (both SRS and non-SRS), EP3 Civic Type-R (SRS only, not EP3 Si), DC5 Integra Type-R (SRS only, not RSX), and AP1/AP2 S2000 (SRS only, not Type-V, not 2006-2007).
If you match the proper wheel to the proper car, it will bolt up directly.

Yes you can use it. You'll have to cut your srs plug from your airbag, and strip the wires and solder in a 2 OHM resistor. Not 2.2k not 2k ohm resistor just a plain 2 ohm resistor maybe a 2 ohm 5 watt ohm resistor i did it to my passanger side. Worked like a champ, but also a bunch of trail and error.

Then you are limited to the wheels from '92-95 Civics and '94-01 Integras. Both SRS and non-SRS wheels from those cars will bolt right up.
