Default Tokico Illuminas on these springs rates, good or bad idea ?

These are how the spring rates that I have on my coilovers go:

472 Front
372 Rear

Set at 3 inches....

Do you think that its a good idea to run Tokico Illuminas with these springs rates at this ride height or should I go with Koni Reds?

on an EF those spring rates are fine.... as far as being 3" down on them the illuminas don't take that too well.... prepare to be bounced out of your seat...

i'd look for something adjustable if you're going that low, like the 5 ways perhaps

wow thats low.....are you sure you want it like that? I don't think it will be so good for your handeling. Those shocks will be fine as long as you give them travel they need to work right.
