GEAR SPEED TRANNY how much did you pay for yours?
im looking to buy a gear speed tranny for my b16... i know its not cheep
i called and couldn’t get a strait answer from them. what was the bill for yours? (even price quotes)

They quoted me $1700 for my y1 Stage 1 rebuild. Just for OEM rebuild they said it'd be like $1300. Luckily I found a local guy that did mine for $1000 total and that's with replacing the 1-2 and 3-4 gears, all new synchros with carbon coated 3,4,5 and all new bearings and seals. He got all the parts from Gearspeed, the funny thing is, Gearspeed erased all the OEM Honda Part #'s off the packaging so we couldn't get them ourselves next time. Pretty gay, I don't think it was fair for them to do that but whatever. I got a sweet deal. But yeah, straight from Gearspeed you're looking at $1700 for a worthy rebuild, and about 1-2 months turn around. They basically have this part of the industry monopolized.

LOL Yeah i know...i looked at the CD and theres a file called HMEPCAT in the PROGRAM folder, I think I installed that first....tell you what I will try to install it back on my desktop CPU and i'll writedown exactly what I did
