Default Launch Control Ign vs Fuel cut

I've always used the hondata fuel cut to build boost off the line, but lately I've been hearing its better to use an msd 2 step to build boost off the line. I've heard controversy over which is safer and which is actually more consistant. Some people say ignition cut is more consistant for launching, but could bend valves or throw rods, then other say fuel cut is safer but you have to worry about going lean with bigger injectors, not being able to control as easy. What are your guys thoughts on it ?

ign. cut is what you want, you will build boost alot faster.
You really wanna add fuel and cut ign. to build boost

I'm not worried about building boost. I just wanna know about the bent vale possibility and leaning out with big injectors possibility (being as how they're harder to control than smaller ones)
