Need help on my sohc vtec swap into a 99' EK civic hb.....

Need help on my sohc vtec swap into a 99' EK civic hb.....
i'm not sure of the second O2 sensor is suppose to connect. There's no plug from the engine harness. Do I have to tap in the O2 wires? or what do i do?
