Alright I bought my bike from ohio about a month ago and totally forgot to get it inspected becuase ohio doesn't have inspection laws. Now last tuesday I rode my bike and was pulled over and got a ticket for not having a sticker, my fault I know. I didn't ride the gixxer again until today and I got pulled over again and got another ticket for no inspection. I know this is my fault and Im getting it done tomorrow, but is there a time limit before they can give me another ticket for it? The first cop told me I had 10 days but this cop told me not to doubt his knowledge on the subject

 

You have 10 days from when you register it.

 

So after it is registored they can pull me over daily for it?

it's 10 days after you register it and if you get cited for no inspection after 10 days you get a fine and usually if you fix it in 3 days and show the judge at that magistrate he/she will throw it out and if the next 3 days you get caught again after already being cited once the cop shouldn't give you another one. but in the end cops are ******** in PA and if you dont get a lawyer or some strategy the cop and judge will not most likely NOT throw it out in court if you try to fight it due to it not being a big deal on your record at all and them making money...

 

i dont see how a cop can tell while your riding if you have inspection or if its valid.. i mean if your parked somewhere chilling next to your bike then thats different.

and also was it the same cop?? because he cant pull you over if he thinks you still didnt inspect the bike. he needs a new cause or visually see it again to turn them lights on.. that would be entrapment or harrasment. because one day i was pulled over for speeding and suspended license and i got pulled over because the guy recognized my car again and knew i didnt have a license. it was thrown out the 2nd time because he didnt have probable cause to pull me over so it was harrassment and entrapment. the judge said i dont want to see you in here again for the same reason. so i sold my car and bought a CBR that way he doesnt recognize me.

 

Oh well I guess I will pay it and forget about it.
