Code 20 is ELD..Electronic Load Detector...as long as the car isnt acting up at all i wouldn't be too concerned with it. It wont affect drivability or anything.

Um, when the check engine light is on the car is in limp mode, meaning more fuel will be tossed at your engine causing you to run rich, check engine light is never good.

There is no CEL for the ELD, it is just a soft code, does not effect anything. Trust me, if you know anyone running a JDM ECU in their swap, up here in Canada anyways, the ELD code 20 is there. We dont have ELDs in our cars, just in the US and Japan. I have seen it many times.

The Ecu light Flashes only 2 times for ELD, or to display code 20, your not reading it in the right way,

Depends on the ECU, on stock ones for this year range EFs they just blink the number of times for the code. (I believe this is true for all OBD0 systems as well). You're referring to the OBD1 style, where you have short and long blinks.

OK I guess it just depends on the ECU.

Thanks for your help. The car is extremely rich at idle, ok off idle. Is this related to code 20?
Thanks again
