Default loosing traction at moderate speeds.

I have a 97 dx sedan with a b16 swaped in and I'm beginning to notice suspension problems. My problem arrises on the freeway at 65 mph, 4k rpm on an overpass. I notice that the front tires seem to be jumping up and down. Does this mean I need better springs and shocks? If so how do I go about determining what specifications to order? The car is on the street right now; however, I am getting a second car and will be making this a dedicated road race car in a couple of months so I would really like to get this fixed.
Thanks

id say maby it could be ur wheel balance is off? At 70Mph i get a wobble/vibration thrugh the steering wheel thats caused by porly ballanced wheels.

But if it feels like your wheels are hopping on the ground thats pretty extreme

Thanks for the info, I'm due for some new tires so I'll make sure to get a full alignment and balancing and all. See if that changes anything. I really only have the problem on long turns though so it seems like my problem is slightly different than the two listed.
