Default Cam gears are misaligned...how?

Im trying to put the belt back on after putting the motor back together but somehow the BDL cam gears wont realine back together along with the crank pulley set to TDC.
So if I aline the ex cam gear with TDC on the crank, the in cam would be off either ways by 1/2 a tooth. Im using a GReddy timing belt thats been on the car for about 3000 miles already. I almost want to believe that the belt streached...

Has anyone encountered this before?

This belt thing

I did find this:https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=96975
but didnt help at all

this is what you get for getting drunk while Ray and I were doing my timing belt

is there a marking on your cam gears where you match both in. and ex. gears up? on stock gears, you line up the marking on both. make sure the motor is at tdc then put it on.

done that already! the two markings on each side of each cam gear are lined up to the head deck but the crank and belt wont line up.

When I put my belt on I always had to not put the crank right at top dead center. If I didn't it this way my crank would no longer be at TDC when i tightened the belt
.
When I tightened the belt down the cam gears would stay aligned but the crank would no longer be at TDC. So I just keep the crank a few degrees to the right of TDC so when I tighted the belt everything was perfectly aligned.

I did that too. And also in my case, I've tried tensioning the belt manually and that still didnt work!

I'am doing the same myself, but having trouble how much to keep the crank to the right by.
We shouldn't have to do this though, why does the crank is our case turn on its own initially?
