Sorry, retype that into different sentences. Also, use punctuation. That **** is hard to read.

Not sure what you mean by disadvantages for either set ups...both are fun and reliable if done correctly. If you want to upgrade the exhaust you just buy an exhaust made for your 96 4dr. Other upgrades are all up to you...what kind of tranny you running? Definetely a lot of options with this motor...can run 300hp on stock internals if you want to boost, one of my buddies decided to do ls/vtec with boost and dyno'd 357whp, one of the best upgrades you can do is if you're running an ls tranny swap it with a b16 or gsr tranny. Whatever you decide good luck and have fun

The LS/VTEC's a nice, solid motor IMO.

My friend just made an LS/Turbo. Fully built bottom end (forged rods, pistons, etc.), more aggressive cam shafts (not sure what other head work was done). Not sure what he has the PSI on the wastegate set at but it's gonna get a good tune and it's probably going to be a good motor.

Advantages. Lots of torque for a honda motor (because of larger displacement (1.8) + turbo).

I'd say it'd be good for 250+whp w/ a good exhaust system & tune.

If you got a full exhaust I'm presuming it'd be a catback...and you'd want it for your 96 4dr so the piping would be properly bent. The header is the only thing you'd get differently...to match up to your ls motor rather d series.
