Default Honda C.S. s*cks

I'm very **** about my car but apparently Honda doesn't care. My dealer drilled a hole in my bumper behind the plate. I have fought and they said they will patch it. I want a new one, not patched. I called Honda of America and told them my gripe. The case manager (Chris Martinez @ 1.800.999.1009 ext. 118183) calls me back and asks me to state my problem. As I'm explaining, he starts laughing at me. I asked him what was so funny. He replied nothing. I askied him if he thought this was humorous. He says, Honda will not giveyou a bumper because somebody put holes in it. I say, it's not somebody, it's one of yourdealers. He continues laughing at me and I ask to speak to his manager. Tells me he is the manager. So I asked to speak to the person above him. He tells me there is no one above him. I inform him that he is not the president of Honda and there issomeone above him. After 3 minutes of trying to talk to a competent manager, I said, screw you, I'll find out myself. He said, excuse me???? I hung up. I called back and stated my bumper problem again to a different person who says that my first claim is not in their system. (Did Chris delete it?) So i arange for another case manager to contact me for the bumper. Then I filed a complaint against Chris. I am also typing a letter to Honda concerning this because I don't trust they really filed the complaint since I never got a manager.
Sorry but I had to vent

To mount the license plate...they told me that the 2 mounts from Honda aren't enough so they put a third screw through the bumper to stop the license plate from vibrating....wtf???? Yonkers Honda....said they do it to ALL the cars they sell

Yeah they do it for the front plate mount. HATE it. I tried to call ahead before my Si was delivered to keep them from doing it and just let me take care of it, but I was too late. Sucks

When I called the 800 number I was told there was no e-mail...lol....I call the info you provided and she says sure...one sec. I tell her I need to file a complaint and she processes me right thru....I'm on hold right now...I'll edit this after I'm done
with them

I won't ask how you know this

They said they don't have e-mail thus I have no address. I did however get a fax number for public relations and am faxing over a letter I typed. As far as the bumper, he is re-submitting the case and should have someone contact me in 24-48 hours. I'm at square 2 now

Those are nice and I like them but then I still have something on my bumper I really don't want. Someone on 8thcivic suggested here http://www.bumperplugs.com/ I think I may go this route because.....to be totally honest.....I don't trust them with my car anymore. Thanks for all the input and I am still following through with the C.S. guy

Because you look young and thats what we are described as when we go to college or are young drivers, etc.

But in a way you're right. U paid for a car thats supposed to be as u like. Even if they did you a favor they shouldve asked first instead of doing it just bc they do it to others and they dont get complaints about it.

This is a free country goddamn i love it

Easy, you run.

When I asked my dealer about it (because unfortunately i forgot to tell them not to drill mine as well) they told me that they had a lot of problems with paint getting facked up by the vibrating plates before they started drilling middle holes. I can understand how that would work.

I can see how drilling a hole in the bumper is alot better than scratched paint.......NOT!
