the kit includes everything you need but the actual antenna stub, which you can pick up at a local honda dealer for $20 or something like that. The kit is great.

Using a 1/2" PVC tube, 3 #10 Nuts a 4" long #10 Stud, a #10 Coupling and a large washer (Must be larger than the PVC). slid the washer over the Stud leaving 2" below the washer. Take 2 of the nuts and lock them down on the top and bottom of the washer. Take the PVC and cut to a 45 degree angle as shown. Now fasten the Coupling and the 3rd nut onto the stud securely. Place the PVC over the coupling onto the washer
Chris (RStoR) will sell you all of this already made which unless you are feeling crafty is worth it. I went through about 5 iterations of the kit before I came up with what I made that Chris sells.

The antenna comes from the dealer and the rest of the hardware comes from the hardware store. Readd all of the instructions and it gives the tips and parts you will need.
