Tein Flex for the FG2
Anyone installed these yet?
I'm pretty much a Tein... eh' hater probably...
I've had Basics on my ep3 and Super streets on my TSX
but they always are creaky and " squeeky"
Has anyone tried out the flex, not really WANTING them, but there isn't really alot of other options currently.
But i'll get them if thats all there is

I've been waiting to see if any other company comes out with Full coilovers, but have not heard of anything....
I have been thinking of the Flex's too. A fellow HT'er had the SS's on his FG2 and seemed to like them.
I just would have liked to have a few choices and reviews, but if I have to be the guinea pig, so be it.
I have had my Blitz wheels for months and do not want to put them on until I lower my Si.
Type X if you get them before I do, let me know what you think...
Maybe we can get a deal if we buy two sets...

have you thought about the HFP setup Mike? obviously doesnt provide everything the Tein's do, but the ride quality is awesome and theres no squeak/creak issues. Noticeable difference in handling, minimal drop, but enough to clean things up a bit.
Hit me up if youre at all intersted, i'll hook it up

The Megan coilovers are on my short list. I know a few people who have them on their RSX's and 7th Gen Civic's and everyone is happy with them. I've heard good and bad about all of the Tein coilovers, but mostly that they don't hold up very well in my harsh Canadian climate.
