Honestly How much will this effect my spool time.
I have searched for a while and nobody really gives the info im looking for. All the responses are "everyone uses 2.5" so trust me, you dont need a 3" charge pipe"
I already have an ITR 3" CAI. I want to build the rest of my charge pipes off of this. 2" from turbo to intercooler, and 2.5" from intercooler to AEM 3" intake.
Will this effect my spool time by like 100-200 rpm, or are we talking about 500+ rpm. I ask this because if its only 100-200 rpm, it doesnt seem worth it for me to make charge pipes. Can someone with experience please answer my question. I really appreciate anyones help

your better off selling the intake on ebay and just making the upper pipe, its super easy. it won't have a 500 rpm affect. However you should match everything together.
Wouldnt the throttle body create a bottleneck after the cai?I think that alone would be reason enough to just sell it and get all new pipes.
