H22A4 Timing Help

Im not sure about doing the timing on my H series 5th Gen. Ive tried the distributor but it cant be moved two of the holes on the distributor are adjustable but the bottom one isnt..any help?

timing is controlled by the ECU and is not adjustable

cool...just as i thought...it said that in the manual too...but i wasnt sure
