Alright guys I need some help. My sisters 95 Civic coupe would not start. She took off 2 of her plug wires b/c someone wanted to jack her car. But when she took them off she cranked the car to see if it would start. Now that we connected them back. The car just cranks but it never turns over. What could it be?
